1) if you hasn't sign the package, please reject the package and ask for compensation, and let us know.
2) if you have signed the package, please ask your local express and let us know asap. We will check and help for ask compensation.
3) if it is not the express and delivery's responsibility, it is the problems of our products quality, please asks us asap,we will pay compensation or resend new products to you asap.
